The Consumer (i.e. the individual or group purchasing the assets) may utilize the assets for the following purposes, royalty free, with or without credit:

• Commercial games, movies and film, web video, website, or other such content, whether all-ages or adult only.
• Non-commercial games, movies and film, web video, website, or other such content, whether all-ages or adult only.
• Remixing or editing as desired for use in the above listed content.

The Consumer may NOT utilize the assets for the following purposes:

• Redistribution as is, in part or in whole (i.e. do not resell the asset pack as your own work).
• NFT or blockchain-related content.
• AI training or machine learning.
• Any content which is considered illegal per U.S. law.
